ACCOUNT HELP
Delete your Pi2 account.
Start in the app, review the effects, and confirm when you are ready.
This affects your shared Pi2 account. Deleting it removes your access across Pi2 apps, not only Pi2 Budget.
Delete from Pi2 Budget
- Open Pi2 Budget and sign in.
- Open Settings, then choose Delete account under your Pi2 account.
- Review the households and businesses listed, including any ownership transfer.
- Enter your current Pi2 password and type DELETE PI2 ACCOUNT.
- Choose Permanently delete account to confirm.
If you forgot your password, use the password-reset option shown in the deletion screen. Reset it, then return to complete the confirmation.
What is removed
The deletion process removes your shared Pi2 sign-in and profile, private Pi2 app records, owned Local listings and invitations, and Budget assistant requests and saved responses. It also removes your membership in shared households and businesses.
A household or business with no other members is deleted with its records. Review the app's summary for the effects on your particular account.
After you confirm
The app shows deletion progress. You can close the app and return to check the same request. Signing out does not cancel an accepted deletion.
Deletion may take additional time if processing is interrupted or shared membership changes. Limited deletion-status and security records are scheduled to expire after seven days; service-provider logs and backups follow their own cleanup periods. Read more about retention.
Removing the app from your phone does not by itself delete the cloud account or shared records.
