Help us understand the problem

Include the app name, your device model, iOS version, and app version or TestFlight build number if available. Describe what you expected, what happened instead, and the approximate time. A screenshot can help; hide names, balances, or other information you do not want to share.

Never send your password, one-time codes, payment-card details, or bank login. We do not need them to investigate.

Report an assistant response

If the assistant gives an incorrect, inappropriate, or harmful response, email us with the subject Pi2 assistant response report. Include the relevant response or a redacted screenshot and describe the issue. For a budget change that looks wrong, tell us what was saved and what you expected.

Having trouble signing in?

Use the password-reset option on the sign-in screen. Check your inbox and spam folder for the reset or verification email. If you still cannot access your account, email support from the address associated with it and describe the problem. We will verify account ownership before assisting with private information.

Budget questions

Pi2 Budget helps you organize income, bills, and household plans. Its figures depend on the information entered by you and your household. Marking a bill paid records a payment; Pi2 does not send money to the biller or connect to a bank.

For a question about an actual bank transaction or a biller's payment status, contact your bank or biller directly.

Pi2 Budget is in testing

Features and availability can differ between test builds. Include your build number when reporting an issue. This website does not provide a public App Store download yet.
